I loved Taxi! As a 5'1" woman I always find it laughable that Danny DeVito (looking so short running out of that little cage) is actually taller than me. SLOWWWWW DOWWWWWN~!!

I loved that show. It was full of great charector actors. Even Tony Danza was decent in it.
That "Taxi" scene is one of the all-time classics! I also used to love it when Louie would say/do something particularly nasty and go running into the cage for cover.
Jim Ignatowski was one of the seminal characters to ever appear on television. IIRC, the show was pretty much written as a vehicle for Andy Kaufman, but Christopher Lloyd stole his thunder.
